I am very happy to inform
you of my latest acquisition, a car you are already
familiar with, a 1958 Standard Super 10. She
celebrates 50 years today, (8th Oct 2008), and I took
delivery directly from the first owner today itself.
Incidentally he and me shared our birthday yesterday!
The car runs and drives (was
in regular use always), but needs both mechanical and body
work, besides cosmetic attention. I forsee a ground up
restoration in the future. For the time being I shall just
tidy her up a bit.
