Factory Photos of Standard 8s:

These three photos were all issued by the factory. Whilst number 1 is clearly a photograph, the other two are doctored in some way to make them appear as drawings. The text on the rear of each shot is is reproduced here.

You can see a full-size version of each just by clicking on it. These are "print" quality. You can save each of the larger images by right clicking on it and choosing the "Save As" option. You will then be able to print your own copies with the same quality and at the same size as the original.

 

Britains New Cars

An unusually large boot - capable of holding all the luggage shown here - is an interesting feature of the new Standard 8

The Standard "Super Eight"

The Standard Super Eight is the luxury version of the Family Eight being fitted with a heater, automatic entry lights, contrasting piping on all seats and an ivory coloured facia.

An interior view shows to advantage the attractive ivory finished facia and steering wheel and the seats are fitted with contrasting piping.

 Note also the spacious door pockets.
