This Standard 8 will
not be restored!
No, your eyes are not deceiving you - the
unfortunate car appears to be a Postwar Standard 8 Drophead Coupe or
Tourer. Its in the ground up to its axles and above. Not a pretty end for
such a pretty car - don't try to save this one. I think we can say this
one won't be at the 70th
