the German:
Hallo Werner,
I
sent my membership application last week by mail to Tony Pingriff.
I own since August 2007 a Standard Vanguard Phase
III Saloon, LHD, first registered in Denmark on 10.6.1956.
The
history of this car is known, except from 10.7.1988 to 14.4.2003.
My
car was bought on July, 7, 1988 by a German from the first owner. It
is not clear how long the German owner kept the car, but I am in
contact with him
On
April 14, 2003 the car was sold from a German owner to someone in
Holland.
On
August 31, 2007 I bought this car from the same German, through a
dealer.
The
car is now registered in Germany and qualifies as a vintage car.
He
asks me as “SMC European Representative” the following question:
It
think, my car is the only one in Germany.
