Sportsman for Sale
This car has come to me with
absolutely no information other than it is for sale. It's so nice that
I thought it should be brought to members attention, particularly as a
Sportsman in this condition is particularly rare.
From research on the internet I have
deduced that this car is advertised by a garage in La Laguna, Spain.
Though there are several La Lagunas, this one is actually on Tenerife,
so it would represent quite a challenge to get home. It is left hand
drive and the garage advertising it seem to specialise in restoration
work on this era of car. It is therefore highly possible that this car
is the outcome of a professional restoration, though of course I can
not confirm that.
