As
long-term readers of this site will be aware, I am
always requesting members and other contributors
to send me information about Standard Cars and
events. Thanks go to those that do and this helps
me to keep the site lively and interesting.
I am
conscious that there must be a wealth of
additional information out there in the heads of
those who worked for the company when our cars
were made. I welcome their input. If you are an
ex-Standard employee please get in touch. You may
think that the information you have is out of date
and not of interest, but I can assure you that
nothing is further from the truth; it is of
fascinating interest to those of us still running
the fine cars that you built. Any stories you
have, however anecdotal, are always welcomed. Any
documents, photos or memorabilia you have are
equally welcomed and can be featured here.
So,

"Standard", or know someone who was,
