10 wins top prize in this prestige Indian Event!

The
winning crew and the Pennant (l-r Sudeepto Banerjee, Mujeer Shaikh,
and Karl Bhote.)
Just returned from the VCCCI vintage car
and bike rally around a half an hour back...and as promised, heres
my Pennant (or 10 whichever name you want for Indian market cars)
rubbing shoulders with American and European iron...and in one shot you
can see my latest accquisition, also 1960, Fiat 1100, owned by my uncle
for 40 years.
Sadly mine was the only Standard at the
event.

Great news!
The rally that me and the pennant participated
in that I told you about yesterday, well we took first place! We got
the best performance award for the rally, attached is the winning crew
and the pennant. Needless
to say, the car performed flawlessly for one last overhauled in the
70s, inspiring confidence to have a bit of fun and push her around
with the excuse of making up lost time ;-)
Cheers!
