DRIVE IT DAY 2011 - A MESSAGE FROM THE FEDERATION
Thank you to everyone who took part
in Drive It Day this year and made it such a great success – we have enjoyed
reading the reports and seeing the photos sent in. We have put up a special
page on our website www.fbhvc.co.uk for
these – please do keep sending them. A number of our member clubs have
expressed concern that the nearest Sunday to 23 April in 2011 is Easter Sunday,
and the following weekend is a bank holiday. To avoid a clash with Easter and
inevitably heavy holiday traffic a decision has been made to alter the date of
Drive It Day to Sunday 17 April 2011. We appreciate that many clubs and
organisations plan their events calendar a long way in advance and we hope that
this early announcement will make it possible for clubs, individuals and
