Yeovil is a perennial event for the Standard
Club. It covers two days. This year the club's stand was next to the main arena so we had
a good view of all the parades on both days. There is a virtually non stop display of
cars, commercials, military vehicles, motorbikes and the like. Lots of visitors to the
stand of course, many of them commenting on the fact that ours was one of the most varied
there, with no two identical cars and models representing nearly a 40 year period of
factory production.
