Beaulieu Autojumble

Your Club now has a presence at both the May and September International Autojumble's at Beaulieu on a regular basis, thanks to a small team of people lead by Darrell Cunningham from the New Forest Group.

That requires them to set up their stall on Friday afternoon and to be there over the weekend. Fortunately the weather was very kind. Lots of members came along this year to meet the Club and other members. Some paid their renewals and we even recruited new members. The autojumble is particularly attractive to our European members and many of them came to introduce themselves, and sign our visitors book

The jumble is also the best place to find those elusive bits that you need to complete a restoration or maintain your car. Unfortunately the parts required for our cars become rarer every year but if its going to be found, it will be found at Beaulieu.

Many thanks to Alan Tibot, Dave Salter, Tony Mansbridge and of course Darrell Cunningham for making the event such a success. The Club members owe them a big "Thank you". The crew manning the stand on Sunday is shown in the first photograph.
