NEC Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show

Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show

The UK’s Biggest & Best Classic Motor Show

14 15 16 November 2014 at The NEC, Birmingham

Come along & see the Standard Motor Club on stand 12-830

Call 0871 230 1088 to book tickets or online at

For our Members: there is a special advance ticket offer giving £5 off the Saturday/Sunday door price.

See the Show Ticket Offer Advert in the next issue of Standard Car Review for details and discount codes.

Don’t forget to bring your ticket stub or e-voucher (do not let the door staff take the whole thing) to the club stand and as a thank you we will exchange it for a complimentary cup of tea or coffee, not only do we want to meet you all but the club receives £1-00 for every stub or e-voucher we receive.

If you do not buy your tickets in advance so you do not have a ticket stub or e-voucher you can still come and join us for a cup of tea or coffee and hopefully make a donation towards the cost.

Would you like to help for a couple of hours on the club stand? We are looking for volunteers, you don’t have to be a long standing member or a genius on all Standard cars, we need people who will talk to visitors to the stand, tell them about YOUR experience of belonging to the club, its benefits or events, and if you do have knowledge of a particular model then you can maybe offer advice on restoration, repairs, servicing or point them in the direction of someone who can help them.

If you can help please email me at with the date you will be attending and the approximate time you plan to arrive and leave the show so that we can work out a rota.

Planning & Preparations are continuing at a rapid pace for this major exhibition for the club
