Meet
this award-winning Standard 10

Steve
Lovegrove's 1934 Standard 10 Deluxe on the Club's stand at Shepton
Mallet
This
feature is of one of the two cars that were representing the club
on our Stand at the Bristol Classic Car Show this year. I hope
that my photo's do justice to the superb restoration that Steve
Lovegrove has carried out on this car. We know that there are many
more Standard 10's out there, many of them unrestored, and I hope
that this feature will encourage many others to do the same with
their cars. It doesn't need words from me to describe the quality
and care that has been taken here, the results speak for
themselves.
Congratulations
Steve - Prewar Car of the Show!
Fantastic
Interior faithfully replicates the "scrumble-glaze"
painting on the metal instrument panel. The panels above
and below it are wood, as are the door cappings.
