Rally through the night

New Member David Gregory has recently purchased a mid-thirties Standard 12.

Very soon, David took part in the “100 Miles of Brugge” Rally and the Pictures were taken there on 16th December 2023.

“I only had the car for 3 days before embarking on this madness!”

A real Baptism of Fire this, as the Rally took place through the night.

The only minor problem was a lack of charging at about 1.00 a.m. – the lights went very dim!  However, we battled through and all ended well!

I had not heard of this Rally before but their Website makes interesting reading and I hope more members might become involved. See the website here:

Well done David, and I hope that you find the Standard Golden Jubilee International Rally relaxed and easy compared to that!
