Standards in Classic Car Weekly

On Wednesday 8th April Classic Car Weekly published a “Buying Guide” to our Favourite 1950’s Standard 8, 10 and Pennant.

Unfortunately, it was illustrated with images of a Morris Minor - as if we don’t see enough of them!

CCW’s Editor, Chris Hope apologises for the unfortunate error and has sent us the revised copy – this is what the feature really should have looked like!

Chris hopes to make amends by teaming up our favourites, by a direct comparison with other small 50’s saloons, estates, pickups and vans in the near future.

The Standard Motor Club looks forward to demonstrating just how good these cars are!
