Postwar Standard 14CD

This video does not tell the full story.

(This is the correct title for this car, Standard did not call this car a Flying 14 after the war)

The Club member who owned this car offered it to Mathewsons after he was unable to find a buyer, when the car was displayed at the NEC show in November 2021. Subsequently, and after this video, a buyer came forward, so the car was not offered in the Auction but returned to its owner for subsequent sale.

This superb Concours Winning car is now in new ownership.

Another mistake in the video is a reference to 1400cc, the car is in fact 1776cc. Otherwise, the history of ownership is accurate.
